Aimed shots
A player can use their movement in a turn to take an aimed shot, which is a +2 to a ranged attack at Level 1, +3 at Level 3, +4 at Level 6, etc.
Consequence on a miss - AC +3 the next round

Called shots (melee or ranged)
Consequence on a miss for all - AC +3 for the attacker the next round

Arm or leg: -3 to AC
Hit Result - disuse of that limb. If a leg, target is prone.

Belly, knee, elbow, hand, head: -6 to target AC
Hit Result - disuse of limb, possibly knocked prone. If headshot, 50% of a critical hit.

Finger, eye, mouth: -9 to target AC
Hit Result - determined by GM

Impossible shot (ex. eyes behind a visor): -12 to target AC
Hit Result - determined by GM
